Mr. and Mrs. Leonelli - December 28, 2019

Simply put, I adore Christmas weddings. There is something special about the holiday season that makes a wedding even more magical, and this December wedding was nothing short.

Brooke, the bride, approached me in February 2019, looking for help designing and executing her big day. I knew from the start she and I would click instantly... I also was married in the month of December, our bridesmaid gowns were the same color, and our significant others graduated from the same school, just a few years apart. Instant connection :-) Truly, working alongside Brooke, Chase, and their families was nothing short of incredible. Her parents are two of the most genuine people I have ever met, and by the end of her wedding planning, I felt like a special part of their family! Bob and Lori, you hold a special place in my heart! Her dad sang a song to Brooke at their reception, and I have to admit, even though I was one of the only TWO people who knew about it prior to the wedding (no lie!), I still was in tears! There are a few times in life you may get to witness events that display genuine emotion, and I feel this was one. I will never forget Bob's song to Brooke - it was such a special moment!

One of the most important elements that the couple stressed to me for their wedding day was ensuring their guests had an elevated guest experience. Personally, this is one of my most favorite parts about helping you design and execute the perfect wedding day. I encourage my couple's to brainstorm different ways they can customize their wedding ceremony and/or reception to reflect who they are as a couple...then I help bring that to life. Knowing this, Brooke's parents gifted her and Chase, a cigar aficionado, a cigar bar for their reception. I worked with the bride's mother to design the layout, decor, and customized match sets. It was very well received, and by the end of the evening, all of the cigars and match sets were taken as a token of appreciation by guests!

LAR Photography captured Brooke and Chase's wedding day flawlessly. This was my first wedding with Lindsey - she is down to earth, loves Taylor Swift as much as I do, and totally knocks wedding photography out of the park. Vendor teams are so important in the planning aspect of my job for a variety of reasons.  When I am able to work alongside a team of other professionals who are just as sincerely devoted to executing the most perfect wedding day as much I am, it makes for an outstanding timeline and seamless execution of the event.

Brooke and Chase: you are such a beautiful couple! I wish you the most magical marriage - full of a lifetime of love and happiness. Thank you for allowing me to help plan and coordinate your wedding day!
